People often think that working in tech exclusively requires hard skills, such as; programming, wireframing and prototyping, user testing etc. However, the most successful professionals will use both soft and hard skills. Soft skills often make up the majority of competencies that employers are looking for, so it’s key to develop those skills to get the job and to be successful in your role!
